Though it’s hard to hold on
This love will hold you
And won’t let go

Never let go
Of the hope that you have
An anchor in the storm
A safe harbour

Never let go
Eternal arms hold you
Tenderly care
When no-one else is there

Never let go
You have a purpose
A reason to exist
And a God who loves you

Never let go
All will be well
The clouds will pass
And the light will shine

But learn to let go
Of shackles that hold you
Of memories that hurt
God’s love holds fast

Of a God who
