God, we know you hear our cries and concerns as you hear the prayers of all who suffer around our world.

We pray for political leaders around the world including our own leader/monarch/prime minister/president and Assembly/Parliament/Congress members, that they might have your wisdom and turn their hearts to caring for the world, its people and all creation.
God of transformation, hear our prayer of hope.

We pray for this congregation,[name of congregation], our wider fellowship, [region/synod/diocese/area].  We pray for the church universal.  Help us all be worthy witnesses of our faith.
