Praise to our God!
Give praise, you heavens above
and those who inhabit your heights –
All you angels that adore,
all you hosts that obey.

Praise your God, you sun and moon;
give praise, you shining stars.
Praise your God, you swirling clouds,
Give praise, you tumbling showers.

Let all of you praise this holy name!
For God commanded and you came to life;
given your course to follow,
you are set in your orbits for ever.

Praise your God, all you that walk the earth,
and creatures far below in ocean depths;
bolts of lightening, smarting hail, snow and tempest,
wind that rises at God’s command.

Praise your God you hills and mountains,
fruit trees and forests;
every moving thing, tame and wild,
on ground or on wing.

Praise your God, you rulers and peoples,
all you who govern the world’s affairs;
girls and boys as well,
everyone, from old folks to infants.

Let every single one of you praise the name of our God!
