God
doesn’t ask us
to believe in the future.
God
calls us to
believe the future in!
Without vision, people perish.
God
doesn’t ask us
to believe in love.
God
asks us to believe love in,
by what we do and say
in our relationships
and daily priorities.
God
doesn’t ask us
to believe in the realm of God.
God
calls us to believe God’s realm in
by our character and commitments.
As we prepare for Christmas,
May we remember that
we make our own decisions,
asking ourselves:
What am I doing?
How am I preparing?
How am I relating?
This Christmas,
Will we curse the darkness
Or, light a candle?
If praying individually:
As I prepare for Christmas,
I am reminded that
I make my own decisions:
What am I doing?
How am I preparing?
How am I relating?
This Christmas,
Will I curse the darkness
Or, light a candle?
